All returned items must be accompanied with an REA form and be in resalable condition (not used/installed and original packaging required). Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for full credit; any returns between 31-45 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given after 45 days. All core returns have 6 months from invoice for full credit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the consumer will be responsible for the cost of their own returns. Please contact customerservice@marcone.com to obtain an REA form.
PLUMBINGAll returns or exchanges require a return authorization form to be requested through MyMarcone.com. Once the REA has been requested, please print and place inside the box with your return material. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of REA receipt. Items returned without notification or an REA will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and might be rejected upon receipt.
Marcone is not responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returned product. Customers can return at their own expense or contact customer service for a return label at a fee of $10.99.
Restocking: Returns eligible for credit with no restock fee within 90 days of invoice date are based on the following conditions:

Returns Processing: All returns should be shipped to Marcone at 51 Lacrue Ave, Glen Mills, PA 19342. Product credit returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
